Tamim Naweed delivers end-to-end building and civil works across Afghanistan, including roads and highways, bridges and structures, and public and industrial facilities. We handle planning and design coordination, topographic survey, geotechnical investigation, traffic and environmental management, and utility relocation. Our teams manage procurement, plant mobilization, and site preparation through to construction and handover.

Quality and safety are built into every step through project-specific QA/QC plans, HSE training, material testing, and progress reporting aligned with client and donor requirements.

Our scope covers concrete and foundations, rebar and formwork, precast elements, retaining walls, culverts, and stormwater drainage. We execute earthworks, excavation, grading, compaction control, and asphalt paving with in-house labs for field tests. We deliver steel structures, building renovations, ceilings and doors, masonry and finishing, and full engineering support. For secure facilities, we construct perimeter walls, barriers, watchtowers, and checkpoint gates. We also provide materials supply, equipment support, and preventive maintenance. Projects are delivered for military, public, and commercial clients, on sites of any size and in all provinces.

We move what your project needs, where and when you need it. End-to-end support across Afghanistan: procurement, vendor management, inbound freight, customs clearance for import and export, bonded warehousing, fleet and fuel management, and last-mile delivery to remote sites. Dedicated coordinators and live tracking keep schedules predictable and costs controlled.

We source and deliver construction inputs including concrete security blocks, fences and security walls, windows and doors, electrical items, precast roofs, wooden flooring, paints and resins, and iron bars and T-irons. On site, we set up distribution and inventory control, manage returns, and handle documentation. Services scale from single shipments to multi-site programs for military, public, and commercial clients.

Materials Supply

Cement, steel, aggregates, timber, and consumables from vetted suppliers. Timely delivery and quantity tracking for your site.

We source and deliver certified construction materials to any province in Afghanistan, including remote sites. Orders from single truckloads to full programs are handled through vetted regional and international vendors. We run RFQs and pricing, verify quality, obtain mill certificates, perform batch tests, and prepare import-export documents. Our logistics team plans transport, permits, and safe offloading, then issues delivery notes with quantity reconciliation.

Our range includes stone crush and gravel with gradation reports, all cement types (OPC, sulfate-resistant, white, bulk), reinforcing steel and T-irons with MTCs, structural steel and roofing, prefabricated buildings and cabins, windows and doors, electrical items, paints and resins, timber and wooden flooring, marble, and sanitary ware. We can prepack by BOQ item, label by area or trade, and set up on-site storage. If a brand is unavailable, we propose approved equivalents.

Tamim Naweed repairs and maintains heavy equipment for construction and road projects. Our central workshop handles full component rebuilds, while mobile crews deliver on-site repairs and emergency call-outs across all provinces. We service dozers, excavators, graders, loaders, concrete pumps, and mixers.

Preventive maintenance programs reduce downtime and extend asset life. We stock OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts and import specialist items from Germany for concrete pumps and mixers. Scope covers hydraulics, powertrain, electrical systems, and calibration of pumps and meters. Every job is tracked with job cards, test reports, and clear handover.

Batching Plant

Our concrete batching plant, manufactured in Turkey, produces both standard and project-specific mix designs for roads, bridges, and buildings. A fully digital control system manages accurate load-cell weighing and automatic batch logs for traceability. The plant includes a 1 m³ mixer delivering 60-70 m³ of vibrated concrete per hour, a 250-ton cement silo, a scraper feeding system from ground stockpiles, and a vertical screw conveyor for silo charging. Concrete discharges at 4 m for fast truck loading, while a tanker with compressor safely blows cement into the silo. Each batch records cement weighing, water, and admixture volumes to keep mixes consistent.

Quality assurance is embedded throughout. Scales are calibrated, moisture content is corrected, and routine slump, temperature, and cube strength tests are performed with documented results. Dispatch is sequenced to site pour schedules to reduce waiting and cold joints. The plant mobilizes quickly and runs reliably at remote sites with trained operators, dust control, HSE procedures, and backup power. Hot- and cold-weather concreting options, admixture dosing, and alternative aggregates can be arranged to meet specifications and local conditions.

Equipment Rental

We rent reliable plant and machinery for civil, road, and building works anywhere in Afghanistan. Rentals are available daily, weekly, or monthly, with or without operators. We handle transport, fueling, and on-site maintenance so your crews stay productive.

All units are inspected before dispatch and supported by mobile service teams. Utilization logs and handover sheets are provided for every hire. Spec sheets and certificates are available on request.
